Our A Series floor-standing enclosures use a modular design for flexible assembly. Features include modular shipment, a utility-model-protected corner design, plinth and bottom-cover sets, enclosure coupling components and horizontal and vertical partitions.
Shipment and storage
Flat packing allows more products to be shipped in one load and reduces storage space. Assembly instructions help installers assemble the system correctly, while the design supports serial manufacturing.
Corner and plinth design
The pin-type mounting lug is designed for strength and practical installation. The corner centres mechanically with the plinth, and a specially designed M12 press nut provides a strong connection.
The plinth corner uses a formed, tabbed structure with eight bends. Pin features help centre it with the enclosure corner. Floor and enclosure fixing points can be accessed externally. Mounting surfaces inside the plinth profiles support cable organisation below the bottom cover, particularly in raised-floor applications.
Bottom-cover set
The segmented modular bottom cover can be installed after the enclosure is assembled. The specially designed corner plastic and gasket surfaces support sealing, while the flexible cover design facilitates cable entry.
Coupling and partitions
Pin-type coupling allows cabinets to be connected from outside. Alternative internal fixing points provide further assembly options. Horizontal and vertical partition components offer flexible separation, including segmented covers for horizontal partitions. Vertical partitions can avoid the need for an additional full frame.
